Memorial Day is a holiday celebrated in the United States to honor our men and who have died during war. This is not celebrated in Canada (at least not on the same day to my knowledge).
Yes, today is Memorial Day. A day set aside to remember the men and women who have given their lives to keep our country safe and free. Sadly many people now see it as just another excuse for a long weekend.
