Is there any sort of insurance that allows you too travel while still receiving it outside of Canada.
welfare or EI or anything else anyone can think of . I do have mental sickness and am unable to work. I wouldn’t be traveling out of the country for emergency.

No. If you’re able to travel, you’re able to do SOME kind of work.

The only type of insurance that may allow you to travel would be a good disability policy. If it’s an ‘own occupation’ definition you could do anything you want and still make money as long as you weren’t able to do your own job.
Aside from that options are very slim.
